  • Mental Wellness

    Mental wellness is one that is of utmost importance. Unfortunately, as with almost everything, mental un-wellness can stem from the things we consume. This includes the foods we eat, the things we watch & see, the things we listen to, etc. We must be mindful of everything we consume. You have the control over what you consume both consciously and subconsciously. Your waking mind rests, but the subconscious mind is always on. It never goes to sleep. So, it is constantly consuming things. Of course, some un-wellness can be inherited, but remember there is nothing we can’t heal within ourselves. Mental unwellness is not a death sentence. Your mental wellness is in your hands, you have the power to your improve your mental health–so take control!

  • Holistic Wellness

    Many people are waking up to the fact that the body is self-healing. The power to heal yourself lies within. While it is true that some ailments can be passed down through the ancestral line, you can be where it stops. Dis-ease in the body is not something you “catch,” it is developed in the body by the unnatural foods you eat, as well as energetic blockages, stress, and imbalances in other areas of your life. It is becoming common knowledge that healing begins in the gut. When the body is in a state of dis-ease, it is caused by acidity / excess mucus in the body from unhealthy foods. But, it is important to have a holistic approach when it comes to healing. Developing a holistic journey can help your body return to health and equilibrium.

  • Spiritual Wellness

    You are not a body with a soul, you are a soul with a body. The physical body is just a vessel you use in the 3D physical dimension. Wellness of the soul/spirit is vital to your earthly experience. Developing one or many forms of spiritual practice(s) can aid in your soul’s growth. We didn’t come here to suffer, we came here to enjoy the human experience.

  • Financial Wellness

    Finances are almost never considered when we discuss wellness. However, in a society that is controlled by commerce and monetary trade, we must consider our finances as a part of our wellness. So much of the stress people endure stems from their finances, their work, etc. Stress is a cause in many of the dis-eases in the body. Whether you are a minimalist or a maximalist, financial wellness is important to your overall wellness.

  • The Connection

    Mental illness and mental unwellness is developed by a number of factors, some of which include un-natural foods, foreign chemicals, poor physical/spiritual/emotional/financial health in the body. Physical illnesses can be caused by acidic foods, poor mental wellness/health, as well as poor spiritual and financial wellness. Spiritual unwellness can be affected by the mind, the body, and finances as well. You get the picture. Everything is connected. Wherever there is unease or unwellness, it can spill over into other aspects of your life. This is why overall wellness should always be the goal.

  • Meditation

    One of the best ways to connect the mind, body, and soul, is through meditation. Meditation is also a vital health component. Many of us were never taught the importance of the breath / breathwork. We were also not taught to breathe properly and how poor breathing is not good for your health. Breathwork, especially during meditation, allows the proper flow of oxygen to the brain. Proper oxygen is vital in our brain and body’s health.
